This happened yesterday, and it went okay. OKAY, not perfectly, but OK. My story has a huge potential, we just have to get to a place, in which to spread it globally. The TEDx in Logomo, Turku was the first completely English presentation, which was held by me, alone. My lingual performance was pretty much as good, as any on my mother-tongue… I just had to pause once, to think what to say. So all went OK. I am definitely not satisfied with OK, though.

I hope that, my video’d get enough views, to pop it up to ted.com’s front page. And once it’d be up there… I hope someone’d notice it, and invite me to share my story to a big, international TEDx conference. I just made a call to Miikka, the founder of Flatlight Creative House, and we agreed that if I’ll get to a bigger TED event, he’ll help me out in putting together a really astonishing presentation.

I’m super excited. I just hope that, the TED talk of last night, is good enough for me to take the first step towards motivating everyone. Then I’ll for sure be able to motivate more Backfighters. I hope that someone making decisions in the TED-organization, would read this post, too.

Anyways… it was a good night! The video of my speech is being edited right now… it’s going to be ready next week. Until then, adios!

TEDx North.

The name of the event was TEDx North.

I'm telling about the emotionally hardest week of my life. I had to accept that my professional skiing career is over. Neither the presentation, nor myself... staid depressed! We fought back.
