Yesterday I invited everyone to come running the FightBack Run, in Finnish… I wrote it in Finnish, because the majority of the participants shall most likely be Finns, and I wanted all of them to understand.

But of course… I want to invite you people from outside of Finland to run with me, as well! As I’ve already said, FightBack is a state of mind. You can have it, no matter where you are located at, physically

WE CAN DO IT!

WE CAN DO IT!

I will try to arrange it so, that people abroad may start to arrange the FightBack Runs, too, in the future. But for now, I’m going to tell you from the one happening the 6th of September, in my home town Turku. The registration is up there–>^on the right hand side. There’s the email address you may contact to, in case you want to join us, but don’t speak Finnish.

The path of the FightBack Run is 2,6 km.

The path of the FightBack Run is 2,6 km. People with disabilities, older people and the ones, who just can’t hike that long of a distance, can take the FightBack 260m tour.

Those were old pictures… I’ll give you some from today, of which I’m very proud of. I met an idol of mine, Saku Koivu. He’s a Fighter. He’d like to participate to the FightBack Run as well, but he has to return to the States next week, for his childrens schools’ beginning. He’ll definitely participate to one in the future, though… 🙂

To finish this post up… I got a new Friend today. He's the Ice-Hockey player, Saku Koivu. I gave him his FightBack-necklace, personally.

Saku is an idol to me. He was playing Ice-Hockey in the NHL, got a cancer, fought it, won, and continued his career. Unbelievable. Respect.
