I just came home from the ISPO 2014, and my head is so full of things to talk about… we’re pretty close to an overload. But the nice fact in THIS exact overload is that, pretty much every single thing in it, is purely positive! Very positive… I’m just like a little, super excited girl, who loves horses, and just got to spend a weekend at the stables. Full of wonderful horses, and even some unicorns…
-That was the ISPO 2014, for me…
I will try to tell you the most interesting things, but there’s just SO much, that I can’t tell you all of it…
Firstly the ISPO, is the place where all the sports brands are at. Considering the FightBack, our main focus was on the winter sport-brands, but we visited the fitness side, as well. During my 2-day visit, we spent there maybe 1,5 hours, had two meetings, and NAILED both of them! It went even better than I imagined… I mean, I set my goals very high, up to the sky again, of course… but the fact, that this time, we reached almost ALL of the goals, and even defeated some! was just crazy.
Of course it was crazy… I should’ve foreseen it. This is what you get, when you’re dealing with the diamond polisher of a manager of mine, Makke. Each and every one of the meetings of ours, went super well, the FightBack’s future seems steadier, than ever and, I myself, am many steps closer to the Finish-line, again! Of those meetings, I won’t tell more than, the countries we get to go to, to either have the REAL meetings, or to do something even finer! Finland, Norway, Germany and the USA.
I’m excited. Tomorrow, we shall find out what happens in the “Vuoden Turkulainen” – voting. I’m quite excited for that, but anyways… I’m certainly going to go to gym tomorrow, before any voting results are published!
Just BTW… I’m very excited for that, too!

We were so busy running, from a meeting to another, that, we couldn’t find the time, to get a photo taken from us… this is from Helsinki Airport, a manly hug, on the last minute call.

I ran into Skye, just as we were walking out from the exhibition center, yesterday. We continued our walk, after somewhat 20 minutes of chatting.
- Our hotel’s food portions were quite descent sized ones.
- One of the Sweet person, I get to thank, for saving my life. Thank you.
- The achievement, I love the most, is going to happen next year, too. It’s gonna be bigger, and even better, hopefully!
- They believed in happy people, and I was quite damn happy!
- One of my favorite spots was my ski sponsor Völkl’s booth! I even found my good old friend Schinka, from there.
- I went to Germany on January 2014.
- This was the most magnificent café latte of the ISPO.
- We flew home today.
Conclusion: the ISPO 2014 was AWESOME!
