Hello! I know it’s not morning anymore, but I woke up early and hurried to the gym. Usually I’ve had Monday as the “bench press-day”, but today I had a squat day. I’ve decided to concentrate on different parts of my torso… per every two weeks. It began with legs, it will continue with chest, then shoulders and upper-back, and finally endurance-week.
I like to use recumbent exercise cycle as a warmup, cause it feels like your thighs’d be doing ALL the work. I did 4 minutes of this. By the way, I used that Makia T-shirt dutifully, but as it started to be done… I cut out the short sleeves, and now it rules the gym 😉
Warming up for squats with only the bar, 22,5 kg.
Squats. I did three sets of 12 reps. I know that, 60 kilos is nothing… But I’d rather do them cleanly with small weight, than unclean with bigger one.
These one legged squats, with the rear feet on a bench, or something… are HARD! But they might gimme a nice bottom. Hopefully.
My physiotherapist told me to do these. Hips… if I’ll do enough, I may become a hipster?
Glutes. I like to do them one leg at the time, cause otherwise my right thigh would hog all the work… Don’t remember the weight, but 15 reps.
What kind of an idiot leaves the towel home, and sweats as much as an average village? -I did.
