Thank you Wikipedia! What neither the Wikipedia, nor the hemp seeds provided, is motivation. Yesterday I took a day off, planning to go running AND to the gym “tomorrow”. Starting by waking up at 08.00. Later, as we came home from Donna at around 01.00, and didn’t put an alarm, I just thought “only the gym, whenever…” I ate my breakfast, made a super-nutritious smoothie for lunch, and now, I should be running. Instead, I’m writing to you about how I didn’t go – how I suck… and about the hemp seed-smoothie, I however drank…

Last night’s best moments. This dude was stoked about the FightBack – and he seemed to understand the amount of work I’ve had to do. You can definitely catch the joy from our facial expressions…

I am almost ashamed to say that “next week I’ll start to behave…” But I will. I will do them both; say that “I’ll start to behave”, and actually DO IT!

My next week’s program is quite interesting. Tomorrow brings the therapy stuff, football game (a SURPRISE is going to appear! :)” and TOMORROW I’ll get myself together. As I’ll do on Tuesday. On Wednesday the highly anticipated rehab-period of mine is going to begin. Thus I guess that, only myself, my GF and my mother have anticipated it (the latter two, of course, because of they’ll GET RID of me for TWO weeks!)… I purely because, there I get to concentrate to my favorite activity; making myself the best I possibly can and learning to do everything! I got a few new goals on our trip to Madeira; learning to swim so well, that paddling with a surfboard’ll be like a piece of cake for me again and that becoming agile enough to catch waves!
