Good morning! I know, I know… my morning began by waking up, eating a quark and going to Reebok CrossFit Box, Turku. I was there already last summer, but I’m in a bit better shape now, than back then… Which automatically means, that we don’t push just a bit harder. We push a lot harder. I mean, as much as I can just get out of myself…

The workouts I do, are not usually exactly the same as in www.crossfit.com. That’s because of multiple reasons, the first being that, my body is a bit imbalanced. We don’t want to screw everything up, by doing the movements wrong… But I am working to get to the shape, in which I don’t have to worry about that! I just need to be patient.

Today’s workout:

5 rounds of
-Warmup, rowing, 300m
-5 pull-ups
-7 dips (lady dips…)
-10 pushups
-15 abs

I needed to do "lady dips", cause my left arm is so weak.

You can congratulate me! As I was warming-down to finish the session with the rower, I managed to fall down... AND to leave my sneaker there.

This may look a piece of cake, but do these intensively and it’s not.
