This weekend must’ve been really GREAT! Cause I’ve had at least as crazy day, as the craziest ones last week, but I feel 100%! Even though I was very active, I managed to quiet down and rest, a bit. It’s been crazy around me lately. I’ve been super busy, just doing what I do… so it has been AWESOME!

On the lower corner at right, there was the sender's (10-year old boy) address, and I posted the picture first without covering it. I'm quite sure that none of the fans of mine, are pathetic enough, to abuse my dumbness...

Now, I’ve gotta go straight to business, cause I want to go to sleep early tonight, as well. The training today was really fun and rough, as always… we took a plenty of photos to the Cross Training magazine. One of which, is most likely going to be its cover shot!

My actual workout was, 6 rounds of, 3 pull-ups, 6 pushups, 9 dead lifts and 12 abs.
