My back got a bit sore last week. I don’t know the certain reason for that, but I assume it was doing some squats, or something a bit sketchily. I had a massage at the Kunto fysio (in the upstairs of Elixia Jokivarsi) and now I’m ready to concentrate on my chest and triceps!

I warmed up boxing. I'm bad, especially my left arm is super lazy... But I know it'll get better! I just need to exercise.

To the bench-press. I used to do this inside the Smith-trails, but I wanted to learn to control the bar myself... It lead to losing 70% of the weight.

My girlfriend took the photos with my phone, so the triceps-stuff, mid body and abs were left out again, since she is an honest citizen who has to work… I then again, should go napping, as a proper TBI survivor!
